WALKWAY COCTAIL BAR PROJECT
Walk Way Kokteyl Bar projesi, Setüstü Kabataş'ta bulunan eski bir kahve dükkanının renovasyonu ile projelendirilmiştir. 55 metrekarelik alanda, bir inşaat mühendisi ortağımla birlikte çalışarak bu alana modern ve yenilikçi bir kokteyl bar tasarladık. Projenin her detayında yer aldım ve menüden bar yerleşimine kadar her şeyi planladık.
Amacım, yeni nesil ve konsept bir mekan tasarlamak ve bu alanda dinamik bir yer yaratmaktı.
"The Walk Way Cocktail Bar project is a renovation of an old coffee shop in Setüstü Kabataş. With my partner, a construction engineer, we transformed the 55 square meter area into a modern and innovative cocktail bar. I was involved in every detail of the project, from the menu to the bar layout. My goal was to create a dynamic space and design a new generation and concept of a bar."
Projenin en zorlu kısmı, bar alanıydı. Bir barmenden danışmanlık alarak, alkol istasyonunun yerleşimini, vitrin ve işleyişini planladım. Fonksiyonları doğru bir şekilde çözümledikten sonra tasarım aşamasına geçtim. Mevcut soğuk bira ve bardak dolaplarını kullanarak üzerine paslanmaz çelik yüzey yaptırdım ve renkli çelik konstrüksiyonlu bir lineer vitrin tasarımı yaptım. Ön tezgahta bulunan istasyonu yine barmenin ihtiyaçlarına uygun ölçü ve işleyişte tasarladım. Kahve makinesi ve istasyonun lavabosunu bağlamak için bir tesisat hattı çektim.
"The most challenging part of the project was the bar area. I consulted a bartender to plan the location, display, and functionality of the alcohol station. After resolving the functions, I proceeded to the design phase. I used the existing cold beer and glass cabinets, added a stainless steel surface, and designed a colorful steel construction linear display. I designed the station on the front counter according to the bartender's needs and specifications. I installed a plumbing line to connect the coffee machine and sink to the station."
